Biography

With fire for her mission and unshakeable faith, Haseena Shaheed-Jackson, has known for decades that her purpose is simple. Help others to find clarity through her three B’s philosophy – Believe, Become and Belong.

Having spent 30 years in positions of leadership and management, Haseena has developed the skill of helping others make the invisible visible and turn their dreams into real world possibilities. Through her business Faith, Hope and Spirit LLC Haseena offers training, coaching and speaking in the areas of growth, development, communication and leadership. Haseena is founder and Executive Director of Ava’s Pathways. A non-profit organization for women supporting women through the challenges and adversities of life taking one pathway at time.

Haseena is a lifelong learner. She currently has a Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s Arts in Human Services Counseling: Life Coach. She has served as Area Director and Division Director in Toastmasters International along with having earned the designation of Distinguished Toastmaster. Haseena has published three books Created to Soar, Messages from the Spirit, Reflections from Within. Her current book, Journey to Sight launched October 7, 2025—a powerful guide for anyone ready to stop living by others' assumptions and start embracing their true potential.

When she isn’t boldly living her purpose and helping others to do the same, you’ll find Haseena volunteering with her church or spending time with her furry babies – Mercedes and Lexus.
