I have seen grief negatively impact a person’s ability to live and enjoy life to its fullest. I have come to realized that grief and death are a subject most do not want to talk about. It seems as if grief is a dark, lonely place that you can get stuck in or ignore it even exists. I want to listen, support, and guide you towards taking actionable steps to overcome the grief process. I will be your anchor whenever things get too sad and unbearable for you and gently guide you through your pain and suffering. I want everyone to realize you do not have to do this journey alone! I will be here to help slowly guide you to recovery, talk to you, help you understand your emotions, support you through the mourning process, and minimize the feeling of being alone. I truly want to help you push you through challenging times and help you focus on what’s ahead. You can expect me to help you navigate your changed life resulting from loss. Loss can be anything from death to the loss of a marriage, or even the loss of a job. Every day we grieve something in our lives, I want everyone to know it is ok to be sad.
